Necole Jones demonstrates a strong commitment to service, leadership, and empowerment beyond the workplace and the sorority. She serves as Vice Chair of Beautiful Spirited Women, provides volunteer HR advisory support to nonprofit organizations, and contributes to leadership development through the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute. Her service has been recognized with the Governor’s Volunteer Stars Award, honoring her meaningful volunteer impact across Tennessee. She believes service should not only address immediate needs but also strengthen people, organizations, and communities for the future.
Led forward-thinking initiatives that modernized chapter operations and execution
Necole championed operational improvements that changed how work got done, including leading Delta’s first chapter-of-record rollout of both electronic receipting in 2013 and implementing electronic voting (Election Runner) in 2016. She is gifted in designing structured systems for membership intake and collegiate reactivation. She is known for building practical processes, organizing small project teams, and creating workflows that made complex efforts more manageable and effective and become sorority best practices.Produced measurable results with efficiency, accountability, and excellence
Her leadership delivered clear results: eight consecutive quarters with zero internal audit findings, more than $30,000 secured in external grant funding, and $40,000 awarded in scholarships to graduating seniors. During the chapter’s inaugural membership intake, she executed a RUSH with more than 1,300 attendees. She introduced screening and workflow practices that improved execution. Subsequently, these changes were precursors to Reimagine MI and later adopted into the AMPI.Built improvements that outlasted the moment
Necole’s impact was not just in getting the job done, but in creating better ways of doing it. Her work helped establish recognized best practices, improved operational efficiency, and created repeatable tools that strengthened chapters and supported long-term organizational success. She has been frequently contacted by chapters throughout the region and the sisterhood to share about process improvements, managing large lines and many other topics.
